It’s Me …

I am married to the love of my life, Nicole. We have (3) kids and now, (3) dogs. We recently had to say goodbye to our 4th  and oldest one, Thailand. She will always have a piece of my heart.   I love dogs… and my dogs have been my subjects/models for many of my past photo sessions. And, I am sure that they will continue to be the perfect little models.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Visual Arts Degree from Winthrop University in 1983, I've spent over 20 years immersed in the dynamic worlds of graphic design, branding, and marketing. Yet, amidst the whirlwind of professional endeavors, my passion for photography has remained steadfast. It all began with a cherished birthday gift from my parents - a camera that ignited a lifelong love affair with capturing the world through my lens.

Recently, I've delved into the captivating realm of Encaustic Photography, where traditional photography meets the ancient art of encaustic painting. By delicately layering hot beeswax over photographic images, I've unlocked a world of boundless creativity. With each piece, I explore the interplay of textures and colors, infusing the image with depth and dimensionality, resulting in a stunning, gloss-effect masterpiece.

Embark on a journey into the heart of creativity with me!

For over three decades, I've honed my skills as a meticulous artist, crafting works of fine art that radiate from a place of spiritual light and love. Each piece I create is a testament to the awe-inspiring beauty I've encountered on my life's path, infused with a profound sense of spiritual connection.  Join me on this artistic voyage, where every creation serves as a bridge between the tangible and the ethereal, inviting you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the present moment.
